Ham Balls

2 lb ham loaf

3 eggs

1 cup milk

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

Salt and Pepper


1 cup brown sugar

¼ cup Olive Spout Balsamic Vinegar ***

1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard

Combine meat, eggs, milk, oats, salt and pepper. Combine well. Form into balls in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Meanwhile combine ingredients for glaze. Heat in saucepan on low heat until sugar dissolves. Remove meat from oven, drain any excess liquid. Spoon glaze evenly over ham balls, and return pans to oven for 15 minutes.
