Jalapeno Chicken Dip


4 Cups of cooked chicken breasts or 2-3 raw chicken breasts. Put the chicken in crock pot with following ingredients:

4 Tbsp Olive Spout Jalapeno Olive Oil

2 Tbsp Olive Spout Jalapeno Lime White Balsamic Vinegar

2 Tbsp Olive Spout Red Wine Vinegar

Squeeze 1/2 lemon into mixture

3-4 Tbsp Olive Spout Jalapeno Poultry Seasoning Mix

If using chicken from raw state, cook until done and shred. Drain juice before proceeding. If using cooked chicken, cook until chicken is well heated and flavors are throughout chicken.

Mix 1 - 8 oz cream cheese with chicken in crock pot, then add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.

Heat until cheese is melted. Ready to serve.

Serve with nachos or baguette.
