Brie with Olive Spout Chocolate Balsamic Reduction and Strawberries

Warm Brie in crock pot or double boiler pan until melted

While waiting for Brie to melt, prepare Crostini, Balsamic Reduction, and thin sliced fresh strawberries:

Slice baguette to make 1/4” to 3/8” thick Crostini slices. Take your favorite Olive Spout Olive Oil ( choose from Savory Butter Olive Oil, Garlic Olive Oil, Basil Olive Oil) and brush both sides of each slice and bake in oven on 350 degrees for about 5 minutes, turn Crostini and bake for another 5 minutes

Balsamic Reduction:

1/2 Cup Olive Spout Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar

1 Tbsp brown or coconut sugar

Combine Olive Spout Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar and sugar, simmer over moderate heat for 5 minutes

Strawberries: Slice strawberries into 1/4” thick slices

Serve by spreading warm Brie on Crostini slice, place sliced strawberry on top, drizzle with Olive Spout Chocolate Balsamic reduction
