Cucumber Cocktail Appetizer
1 Pack of cocktail bread slices. You can use sour dough, pumpernickel or rye cocktail bread.
8 oz cream cheese, softened.
1 1/2 to 2 TBSP The Olive Spout Italian dressing Blend.
1-2 cucumbers, depending how thick they are sliced.
The Olive Spout Dill Seasoning.
Slice cucumbers and put it colander to drain juice. Mix Italian Dressing Blend into cream cheese. Spread cream cheese mixture on each slice of bread. Take cucumber slices, pat dry and place on bread slices. May slightly salt, depending on your taste. Lightly sprinkle each slice with dill.
